  I booked my appointment with Dr. Bryan after I found out that my wisdom teeth were starting to crowd my lower teeth. I had my consultation with Dr. Bryan at a cost of $72.00 which was covered by my insurance. Dr. Bryan spent a good 20 minutes with me answering all of my questions and never once making me feel rushed. I was very apprehensive as this was my first time receiving any type of general anesthetic, but he comforted me by clearly explaining exactly what would happen. The staff was very accommodating and even offered to book an appointment 3 days later, but it conflicted with my schedule, so I booked it around 3 weeks later - during a much less busy weekend.
  
  Yesterday, I walked into their office at 8:45am. I was extremely nervous, but the receptionist had called me the day before to answer all of my last minute questions, so that put me a bit more at ease. I paid for the services and booked my follow-up appointment, and around 5 minutes later a nice lady escorted me to my room. Looking noticeably worried, she quickly placed a mask on my face (with laughing gas) and I started feeling a little more relaxed. The doctor came in around a minute later and asked me to place both arms on the arm rests. I knew the IV was coming next which made me nervous again, but the last thing I remember was him telling me that I was going to get a little sleepy.
  
  I woke up a bit confused, wondering where I was and if it really was over. I felt that my bottom lip, tongue and jaw were completely numb (he explained in our consultation that this would be normal), and after a little while, I was escorted out the back door where my boyfriend was waiting to pick me up. The entire process was extremely quick and painless, and I never could have expected it to go as well as it did. The staff followed up on me later, making sure I was clear on my instructions. Bleeding lasted most of the day, and I was starving but only able to eat soft, cold foods. It is now around 36 hours after my surgery and I never could have imagined feeling as well as I do (mostly because both of the teeth were impacted). I was much more sore today than I was yesterday, but by icing the jaw almost the entire day yesterday, off and on for 30 minutes, I think it make a huge difference. I'm still using the pain killers, and I notice that my jaw is hard to open, but I still can't believe how great the surgery went.
  
  I would highly recommend Dr. Bryan to anyone getting oral surgery in the Tallahassee area. He is kind, professional. and really made me feel very comfortable for my first time undergoing minor surgery.
