  Immediate help from all staff. Considerately take customer to requested item. Friendly, speak to customers, offer to take groceries to car without being allowed a tip. Shopped Publix Lake Ella 33 years without a complaint.

  I shop Publix all the time because if the great customer service and fresh foods. My experience today has made me not want to go to the Bradfordville location or ANY Publix again. I had a few items that were BOGO. When one of my items didn't ring up BOGO the cashier requested that the bagger do a price check. The item was in the aisle directly across from the register so when I saw the bagger struggling to find the correct item, I left my things, my son in the shopping cart and ran down the aisle to add it him with finding the item. I could not have had my back turned more than 30-45 seconds, had the correct item in hand and was trotting back to the register when I look up to seeing a woman pushing my cart and SON out of the way!! My trott turned into a run and I yelled STOP what are you doing!? The lady removed her hand from my shopping cart and said she would take me at the next register. I immediately went into mommy mode and asked why would she move us out of the way as if we were not customers?? Who does that, true customer service would have been to take the next person in line if they had expressed they were unhappy with the wait time! Not to end my transaction, move my things, move my SON in the shopping cart Out Of the Way so the next person can be served. I am in disbelief and angry that she would take it upon herself to think so LESS of ME and My SON, that 30-45 seconds was too long for the next person to have to wait, and simply shuffle us out of the way. The assistant manager was very apologetic, I could tell by the look in his eyes that he is a father and how wrong he thought her behavior was. Sometimes an apology isn't enough smh!
