  I did not want to give this company even one star but they wouldn't let me post this review without choosing at least one. This company is outrageously expensive and I would recommend that anyone reading this review continue to shop around elsewhere and do not buy or rent from Suburban Propane Tallahassee. I was with this company for 7 years. I did not listen when everyone told me to cancel their service and ended up paying a fortune for gas every winter. I had to keep my thermostat on 59-61 degrees in the winter just to make the gas last because I could not afford two tanks of gas. I finallly made the decision to get rid of them and discovered that I have to pay them a minimum fee of $75 to pump the remaining gas out and pick up the tank. They charge $1.00 per gallon with a minumum of $75 or more if you have more gas left in your tank. So not only did I already pay an exorbitant amount of money for the gas left in my tank I now have to pay twice just to have them get to keep it and sell it to someone else. That is stealing. Please beware and think 100 times before you sign up with this company.
