  SERVICE IS AWFUL , the employees are too busy jerking each other off, and leave customers waiting, I came here knowing what I needed to purchase, a simple charger on the display case, and they made me wait over 40 minutes due to personal conversations, jokes , and pure negligence... DO NOT SHOP HERE.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! They need to be able to help customers who just want to pick up their phone and don't need help setting it up. The manager lady in the store (didn't get her name/gray hair) was rude when I told her that I didn't need a sales person to help me pick up the phone. She stated that she didn't have time to do it and I would have to wait for a sales person. I would have only taken her a few minutes to get me my phone. I already paid online and everything. Just rude. Never again. I will order online and have it delivered to me.
