  The rent is a decent price for a pre-furnished apartment, but the quality of my unit in particular is very poor because it seems the materials they designed this place with were inexpensive... The place was dirty when I moved in and will be left cleaner than when I got here. That doesn't sound quite right, does it?
  
  Noises can be heard from every direction since the walls are extremely thin. I've been waking up to my flatmates out in the living room nearly every single night/day that I've been here. Not to mention that there was absolutely zero communication from the office when my flatmates decided to bring in THREE animals. Even though the people I unfortunately have to live with ended up asking me about it, I didn't want conflict and said okay. Then, I began waking up to piss in front of my door! JOY.
  
  Either way, I signed a lease that specifically stated I did NOT want any pets around for personal reasons, and the office (to no surprise) did not bother reaching out to me to see if I was okay. There is poor communication throughout the entire complex, though I think they are trying to work on that.
  
  Also, the one time I had a friend come over and stay the night with me, they had their bicycle stolen from the back of their truck! THE ONE NIGHT. This is a gated community that is supposed to be "under surveillance" with security officers walking around after dark. I'm not blaming security for the stolen bicycle, but I can't help but add this experience because overall this place makes me feel unsafe.
  
  These people do not even know how to dispose of trash properly, and I'm not just talking about the people I've had to live with. The community dumpster overflows every single week because nobody knows how to throw their trash towards the back of the dumpster. It is really, truly incredible.
  
  Leaving in a few weeks will be a huge relief.
