  Waited for about 15 minutes the first time to ask when will the Shingrix vaccine be available to be administered by a pharmacist, finally got a rep and told her my question, she quickly went to put me on hold and I was disconnected. Then went to read reviews since I saw there was only a 2 star rating, and saw that my question is apparently a contentious issue, so then wondering if I wasn't purposely disconnected - if the reps are maybe tired of this question?? Called back and held on 20 more minutes, then there was one ring, music, another ring, and thought a rep was going to come on the line, but then got a recording telling me to call back! Can't even give a one star rating - 'no' stars. Poor service, and poor that the Shingrix vaccine is not available from Florida pharmacies. ... And to boot, my health provider is under the Baycare "Corporation" in Pinellas County, and the 'corporation' has not yet approved for Baycare doctors to administer Shingrix either!! So what are the people of Florida to do? We're trying to take this preventative step for a disease that can be extremely painful and debilitating, and we can't get access to the vaccine. I'm angry. (Was forced to give a one star rating in order to be able to 'post' this review; so rigged review system.)
