  My overall experience was pleasant here. Staff was friendly and down to earth.
  
  Pros: Staff was friendly, Process was smooth, Location was easy to find
  
  Cons: Waiting room was small and had nothing to break up the awkwardness in the waiting room. Staff seemed overwhelmed with patient volume at times.
