    Went in the get me a philly and had the best customer service from an employee named monica .Will deffiently come back .Good food and friendly staff.

    Literally the worst and I don’t understand why. I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s but this one is terribly managed. Every time I go in there, they’ve either messed up my order or haven’t fulfilled it altogether. They obviously struggle to keep people on board. Again, it doesn’t make sense why they are so poorly managed compared to the other locations.
