    Stellar service. My appointments are always timely. I have always had pleasant dialogue with the staff who've checked me in, triaged me, and with the doctor and nurse. I feel the care I have been receiving has been excellent.

    They young lady at the front desk was so unprofessional. She chewed gum, spoke without making eye contact, and used a tone that was unwelcoming.
    She could definitely benefit from customer service training
