  Second time the customer service has been disrespectful and rude. Really no reason for anyone to come to this location. The appalachee parkway store actually helps you without being rude or trying to rip you off. If the staff is this bad the manager must really suck.

  I wish I could give negative stars. These people wouldn't know how to do their jobs if they were smacked in the face with an employee handbook.
