  Don't know if I just got lucky and moved into one of the nicer apartments on the property, but I haven't had any of the problems all the 1-2 star reviews are complaining about. Moved in a little over a year ago, everything was clean, working, and properly taken care of. So far since I have had no issues with anything breaking so I haven't had to contact maintenance at all.
  
  I also don't know why some of the negative reviews are complaining about all the cats. This is a PET FRIENDLY apartment complex. If you don't want to see animals or pets, don't live in a pet friendly place. Yes there are cats. I have not noticed an abnormal amount, just a few outdoor cats that roam the grounds. They don't bother me, and in my opinion I'd rather have cats, than infestation problems. The cats keep the rats and bugs away. Having cats in an apartment complex is a good thing because we don't have issues with termites, roaches, or rats like other places in Tallahassee.
  
  The pool is nice and well kept. It was shut down by the health and safety department only one time, and that was only because it didn't meet safety regulations because there were not proper safety flotation devices strung across the deep end, which they added within a week and re opened it. Nothing horrible like one of the other reviews on here leads you to believe.
  
  The trash is well taken care of and the dumpsters are emptied every single night. I have never seen trash piled up to a point where it would be a problem.
  
  The only problems I have with this place is the fact that some residents opt not to clean up after their dogs, but management has sent out countless email reminders to try and control the problem. Yes, some residents are loud and annoying, but that is a problem you have with any apartment complex, and the noise here is not even close to a big of an issue as it is in some other places closer to the college campuses. The last thing, is the printer in the office does not work for the residents to use. A slight annoyance. Other than those small minor issues, I have not had any major problems and have really enjoyed living in this complex. I have re-signed for the next year.
