  If I could give them 0 I would. They only enforce policies that benefit them other wise they don't care. My roommate has been pretty much harassing me for the past couple months and they don't do anything about it EVEN after I've had to call the police. She's broken several rules within the lease agreement and yet she's still here. She smokes in the unit when it's supposed to be smoke free, she's damaged my property and is up all hours of the night making noise. They don't care about your complaints even if it's not just from you because my other roommate complained too. But they'll make sure you get a random trash fee with pictures of trash that nobody's seen before. On top of all that our stove broke at one point and it took them forever to replace it, the walls are paper thin you'll hear everything and everything is old. Our water bill was around $50 the first couple months and we were told to stop paying for the water until they figured out the problem. All of a sudden the bill drops down to $15 and they expected me to pay all the ones they told me not to pay and added a late fee EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME NOT TO PAY IT AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. The management team is awful, the apartments suck, I would literally recommend any other place but this.
