  My husband slipped and fell on the icy wooden ramp by our apartment on 1/2/2018. He broke both bones in his wrist and damaged the sacroiliac joints. He warned the office about this area being slippery twice before but they did nothing. As a result of his injuries and the medical expenses incurred, he hired an attorney. Then things really started to happen, but not for the good! We were forced to move out, as the attorney had warned us would happen. Bottom line: move in, pay your rent, keep to yourself, don't complain.
