  Most of the reviews are from before the apartment building was bought. Now there is new management and new maintenance. They are really friendly, super quick to fix everything that needs to be repaired and really helpful. Anything that I call in for gets repaired that same day and I have never had any issues with them. My apartment is really nice, fully updated and the outside is always very well maintained. There is a dog park that is also well maintained and is a really decent size. All the neighborhood dogs go and play there and it is always a good time. My rent is pretty cheap too, I pay less than $750 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment with water & sewer included, and a washer/dryer in unit. The apartment itself is huge and has a lot of closets. We're moving out of the state and wish we could take the apartment with us. I would recommend this place to anyone.
