  Courtney and the folks at City Walk are by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate people to work in an urban thrift shop. Unlike Goodwill, their CEOs are LOCAL. Thus, their profit is LOCAL and donated to the homeless as they are a non profit organization. The new location has fantastic parking and is easy to gain access to. There is a great drop off place in the back for larger items and the store has a variety of items. If you are looking for eclectic, retro, or semi new items, this is the place to be. A special thank you to Courtney for providing such compassionate care to the homeless.

  Love this place! And the new location is wonderful - so much more room and easy parking. It's hard to go to a thrift store to find something specific, and today I was just browsing, but I found a kitchen appliance that was similar to one I had sitting in my Amazon cart. Tony, one of the owners, let me make sure it was working before I bought it, which I so appreciate. I've only been home an hour and I'm having a blast playing with my new "toy". It looked brand new, the price was great, and it works perfectly. I also appreciate the "mission" behind this store - they are not there to make a CEO rich, they are there to raise money to help the homeless and most needy in our society. They also help those transitioning out of prison - something that very few are willing to do but which is so needed. I think that they price their items very fairly, especially when you consider that they have a mission to help the needy and that is where your money goes.
