  This place is insane. Can't believe students live here. My kids are happy here. Lot's of places for them to eat, hang out, and shop right below their apartment. They can also walk to campus. Also the staff is very organized and attentive compared to other experiences I have had. I am a happy parent.

  The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable throughout my leasing experience. The apartments are in the best location in town. The community is always kept really clean. I would recommend anyone attending FSU to come check it out.
