  Terrible staff members. They ignore you most of the time. They will let you wait for HOURS including the nurses. There was one time when the Nurse called my child at the waiting room after 1 hour of waiting, and I was on the phone. I waived to her to let her know I am hanging up but she went back in and came back after 30 min. When she came back, she said I ignored her when she called which I didn't. That's why she went inside and have me and my two kids waited longer. Kinda like revenge... She should have politely said that it was my turn. Further more, when I called in for the Same-day appointment, the Nurses will let you wait for at least 15 min before answering the phone. Not sure if they are inefficient or lack of staffs. They need to improve their Attitude too. Doctor is ok. Most of the stuffs you can learn from Internet and are public knowledge. Does not worth the time to wait...
