  This Enterprise never seems to have the car that you reserved ready or available. They tried to rent me a car that the engine was rattling (and they knew this), that was a negative!! Some of the staff can be friendly, others I wonder how they even became employed or why work customer service. Word of advice, thoroughly check the car inside and out when renting from this Enterprise. Sometimes I think it's better to pay the extra fees and rent from the Airport.
