  I have rented a car here more than 5 times. They not only never answer the phone but don't have cars available. I called 10 minutes before arriving to rent the car to ask if they had availability, after they confirmed they had cars available I get to the location and then they say they don't have any cars and don't know when they will have one. I understand Tallahassee is a small town but some customer service would be greatly appreciated to at least try to know the time the cars will take.

  DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION TO RENT ANYTHING!!! My sister and/or I rent at this location all the time because of the convenient hours but every time we rent from them there's a "new policy" which is a fancy way of saying they're taking more of your money than the large amount you're already paying. And you don't find out about the "new policy" until you're there to pick up your rental and they don't even try to work with you, but instead show they could care less about renting you a car. You're better off renting from elsewhere or going and buying a new car after dealing with the bs this Enterprise takes you through. So while the representative wanted to laugh with her coworker thinking its funny that a customer was displeased somebody better inform her that customer service is everything, and it can be the difference between being employed or unemployed!!!
