  dropped off my laptop for a screen repair, and what was supposed to take a week took a month. Finally I couldn’t wait any longer and took my computer back without it being repaired. I heard excuse after excuse from three separate employees, but I’ll chalk up the experience as a result of general messiness and disorganization, (this is pretty self evident when you walk in, the place is a smokey, pig pen of a repair shop.) Waste of time, waste of money.
