  Horrible, for the first time in probably 20 years. When Dr. Stephens sold and Vandy retired, customer service went down the tube. The"greeter" that directs you to a seat must be retiring too, judging from her attitude. Sat down as directed, waiting 25 minutes and no one approached, got up to leave and the greeter told me, in so many words, that I had to wait and get in line like everyone else. Can't say that I disagree with that, but can say that her manner was very rude. As I walked out, she made cutting little comments loudly for others in the waiting area to hear. Just couldn't believe it. . After many years of going there, I will never go back.
