  I was so excited about trying their closure after seeing it on ig. I placed an order on Feb 22nd. I saw quite a few reviews on their website with people claiming to have gotten their order in as little as 3 days. Thus, I was pretty confident that I would have my closure just in time for my trip on March 8th. Turns out I was sadly mistaking. Not only had I not received it; Paypal said they hadn't even processed my payment. I attempted to contact them via email...no response. I tried fb messenger...only an automated response came through. I tried Whatsapp...no response. I tried ig and finally got a response. She gave me some story about her family and Jaipur employees being off for 15 days because of a wedding. Mind you, there was not a single notification of this wedding hiatus on their website or any of their social media accounts. It may just be me, but I think that's an important piece of information to share with your customers BEFORE leaving for 15+ days. THEN, I started getting inboxed and tagged by other ladies who were also looking for their missing orders. The Jaipur representative who responded to us on ig assured us that they'd be working on our orders the following day. I requested to have mine overnighted if possible because I was leaving the country. She assured me that they'd do their best. Long story short. I never got it and I had to have them cancel my order.
  
  UPDATE: So, a little over week ago, a Jaipur representative and I were messaging back and forth on Instagram. The person was begging me to remove my review. I declined due to the fact that I think people need to know what I experienced. Furthermore, there were several ladies posting complaints on the Jaipur ig page and messaging me directly after reading my complaints. The representative said that they would send me a closure as consolation for my horrible experience. To date, I never heard back from that representative again, nor did I ever receive a closure. This company's customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.
