  I've studied voice for many years, but as a dyslexic had always had teachers tell me not to worry about learning to read music. Maestro Garcia Bolao encouraged me, sure, but he also taught me to read music in a way that made it make sense for me--a dyslexic musician. His patience, his approach, and his flexibility, which allows him to meet ANY student where she or he is, make him the best possible teacher for anyone interested in learning piano or guitar--and in learning, truly, about music.
