  I'm not sure they know what they are doing. The granite slabs are beautiful, but there are clear mistakes being made upon installing them. They fill gaps between the walls with some clear jelly like caulk that never hardens and turns yellow after time. We had issues with water stains on our granite from day one because they did not properly seal the granite. We notified them and they came back a few days after installation to reseal, but the water issues remained. Now less than two years later we are having to consider replacing the granite because of all the water stains.

  We had a very positive experience with Pamela and Tony from Master Granite. Additionally the installers were very good too. We had our kitchen and one bathroom done. I will be using them in the future, and would recommend them.

  Great selection, responsive staff, had some thoughts and suggestions on cost-savings. Installation crew arrived as scheduled, and completed task, as expected. Any minor touch-up was corrected within a few days. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend without question.
