  Most of the staff seem to always have an attitude especially when them and their coworkers get your order incorrect. They overcharged me and act as though it wasn't a big deal but if I would've been short on my part they would've not given me my food. One woman was so rude that even my seven year old said that she should be at work like that! I just don't get if I'm paying my money then I want what I pay for and I want it fresh too not cold and old!!!! They need to get it together. It's always something going wrong from the long lines, to the cold and old food, the Rise staff and their attitudes!!!
