  I cannot say enough good things about this Morningstar location! Alicia, the manager, is awesome. She totally helped me get through an especially stressful move with a lot of moving parts. She was calm, kind and helpful. After the move, a picture was found on the ground of young children and she emailed me asking if it was mine. It was a very special picture of my children when they were little. I had no idea it fell out of a box and would have been heartbroken to not find it when I eventually move into my new home. Lyness is also wonderful and she and Alicia are an incredible team. The facilities are spotless and I'm confident my belongings are safe. I highly recommend this Morningstar facility. Cindy
