  One of her clients was treated pretty TERRIBLE by this MUA!! She was charged 150 plus travel expenses and gratuity! She showed up late completing the brides makeup minutes before she walked down the aisle....the bride posted pictures in a makeup based group i am involved in and her lashes were literally hanging off...the glue visible all over the top of her lash line...to charge someone more then 150 dollars for that quality is insane! Bride contacted her about a partial refund, and was shut down. Randi thr MUA told her she would provide a contract...but never sent her one. In turn that makes it so she cannot take action to post proper reviews or get a refund...future clients should be properly warned...this is what i witnessed from the brides pictures she was seeking advice in wether her makeup was worth the price she paid because she wasnt super informed on the industry...after reading the way she was treated i had to help her spread her story...as a professional you should always provide a contract and be using top of the line product, her bridesmaid commented on the post saying the artist used mostly all ELF products!!!! A bride should be nothing but relaxed and pampered on her big day...not getting their makeup rushed on and have her dream day photographs trying to be edited to hide her false lashes hanging off each eye!!
