  I have been a loyal Sally's customer for a long time and I have visited the stores in many cities. But the newly-opened store at the intersection of Mahan and Capital Circle has offered the most uncomfortable shopping experience among all of the sites. I notice that the saleslady tends to monitor me in a hawk-like fashion, as if I have intentions of shop lifting. This tendency is disconcerting, annoying, and alienating. Other customers, I noticed during today's visit, are not subjected to similar treatment. This behavior reflects negatively on the establishment, its manager, and employees.
