  This "Starbeaux" is conveniently located inside Target, but that is all. They do not accept mobile payments. I have tried to use the Starbucks app and a mobile gift card there on two different occasions. And they dont have the same (nation wide) promotions that the Starbucks in the mall (quarter mile away) has. Not impressed with any baristas.
