  Jerry repeatedly saves our lives as we are learning how to adult (rice and garbage disposal don’t play nicely) but he is always to genuinely happy to help us address anything that needs fixing. We are grateful to not feel like a bother when reaching out to maintenance and they always help us out quickly. Thanks for everything Jerry!
