  Called ahead to make sure they did headlight changes. When I got there, they popped the hood as my two small boys and I went inside. Ten minutes later, they closed the hood and drove the car, with the window down, out in the rain. I asked about it and they said they couldn't change the light. I wonder why they didn't tell me that before they pulled the car out in the rain so that I would have to load two children up and sit in a wet seat. Worried about the next oil change instead of thinking about the existing customer. Not smart! Never going back!
