  1) No one ever answers the phone when you need to speak to an actual person
  2) the ATM runs out of $$ and you have to go inside anyway (hopefully it runs out of money during 9-5 hours)
  3) Setting up bill-pay is just about impossible unless you can remember who the first loan company that you ever used 20+ years ago (School loans, etc) was, and we all know they change hands throughout the years multiple times. Other banks make it very easy.
  
  All in all--- a very poor experience, and will be changing institutions very shortly
