  This clinic needs a management consultant. You arrive at the first floor office and hope that they have received the forms you filled out online. Then they send you up to the 8th floor only to find out you should have remained on the first floor. You finally go back to the 8th floor for a chest x-ray and then back to the 2nd floor consult. Then back up to the 8th floor for a breathing test. Then back down to the main office for a consult with the doctor (however you have already read the test results on the elevator coming down and know you are "normal" Three hours later you are told tests and examinations do not show any problems but they tell you to come back on a day they have already selected without consulting you!
