  I've lived at Villa Lucia for over a year now while going to grad school and have truly enjoyed making my apartment into my home away from home. My 1/1 is spacious, with a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, clean (which is hard to find in Tallahassee), with great lighting (multiple big windows) and for a bargain price. The entire staff from the maintenance workers to the leasing office staff are friendly and always ready to help. Any requests are taken cared of immediately. The location is ideal, walking distance from Doak Stadium. The complex is quiet and quaint, it's actually rare to run into your neighbors! I would definitely recommend Villa Lucia for anyone who wants to live alone whether it be for undergrad or grad school. Lastly, a nice perk they offer is free catered food once a month in the pool house!
