  I went here to get an eye exam for glasses and contacts, but at some point I guess they forgot I wanted contacts. I think I filled out paperwork saying I was there for contacts and glasses, and a I definitely told the woman who started the exam. She even told me it would cost extra, and I said I was fine with that. at the end the woman who cashed me out and helped me with glasses sizes told me after I paid that I had only gotten the glasses and nothing with contacts (I thought we were just doing glasses first). I don't really understand where the communication broke down, but I had already paid and it was too awkward to challenge it at that point. I wound up paying around 280 dollars: 75 dollars for the glasses-only exam and 208 for the 1 pair of glasses. I have a higher prescription (-6 to -7) with astigmatism, so that's not a bad price really. I wish the different lenses choices had been explained to me. As a walk-in I got examined really fast. The doctor was fine, as far as I could tell. He took the time to explain some about my vision and astigmatism, which was nice. They said it might take 2 weeks to get the glasses, which seems like a long time. I'll have to update when I get them.
