  Unfortunately my wedding ring was purchased from Zales, so I am stuck dealing with them for the rest of my life. I have only had my ring for 3 years, and I've had to send it in three or four separate times for stone replacements after loosing diamonds. Each time it gets sent out for repair, it takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks to get it back. The sales staff is very hit or miss; I have had some that were friendly, and some so rude that I wonder how they got hired in the first place. I will not buy another piece of jewelry from this store due to their poor quality jewelry and SLOW repair center.
